Yes, there\'s a chance that your end user may be disconnect during this work, however they would be expected to reconnect automatically.
Any customers having problems connecting once the maintenance is complete are advised to log into their router interface and click connect.
‘Direct Dial Inward’ is an extension on an ISDN system. These are physical lines internally after the main socket.
‘Estimated Response Time’ is when Openreach schedule to attend a site to attempt to clear a fault.
‘Network Termination Equipment’ is fitted by Openreach for analogue (PSTN) lines and is the demarcation point. This is typically a white "telephone" socket on the wall.
‘Distribution Point’ is the point at which single telephone lines are taken from a bundle to a premise.
